For your convenience, our dough balls arrive semi-frozen, and it is advisable to store them in the freezer right away. With proper care, your dough will remain in impeccable condition for up to 12 months when stored in the freezer or for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Guidance for Dough Usage:
- Begin by extracting the dough balls from the freezer and arranging them on a tray, ensuring they remain in their individual bags. Store them in refrigeration at 4ºC overnight.
- On the following day, gently remove the dough from their bags, dip them into a bowl filled with flour, and then place them back on the tray.
- Allow the dough to rest at room temperature, approximately 20º C, for a minimum of 1-2 hours before embarking on your pizza-making adventure. Throughout this period, it’s imperative to maintain the dough’s coverage with a damp tea towel to prevent any unwanted drying.
- Skilfully roll out the dough by hand and commence stretching it according to your preference. Once your desired thickness is achieved, proceed to add your chosen toppings, and cook until perfection is attained.
- Initiate the process by removing the dough balls from the freezer and placing the frozen dough balls on a tray, ensuring they remain in their individual bags.
- Allow the dough to defrost at room temperature, around 20º C, for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Once completely thawed, cautiously remove the dough from their bags and dip them into a bowl filled with flour before returning them to the tray. Let them rest for an additional 1-2 hours, ensuring the dough remains always covered with a damp tea towel to prevent drying.
- Employ your hands to roll out and stretch the dough to your desired thickness. After achieving the desired consistency, add your preferred toppings and cook to perfection.
