Warranty
Alfa Forni Pizza Ovens are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against any failure caused by malfunctioning parts, manufacturing defects, or premature wear, even though such issues are rare due to Alfa’s high production standards.
Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, as would be expected from regular use of a pizza oven. Coverage is limited to replacement parts and delivery freight only, and does not include labour or incidental damages.
This 2-year warranty applies exclusively to faults, defects, or failures resulting directly from the manufacturing process.
