If there are any problems with your order we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Drop Shipped and Back Ordered Items

All in-stock items that appear on our ‘Stock Checker‘ page will be dispatched from our warehouse 5-7 working days after order. All other in-stock items will be drop-shipped from the supplier approx. 5-30 days after order.

Although we do our best to quote approximate delivery times for drop shipped and pre-order products, from time to time the delivery date may change usually due to circumstances beyond our control. It is important to note that do not accept any responsibility or liability for pre-ordered stock that is delayed. We will of course keep you informed and notified of any change to arrival dates.

Shipping Methods

Home Delivery

All basic products are shipped via courier. Shipping times are calculated based on the date of shipment, not the order date. Home delivery is available on all online purchases for an additional charge. Free shipping is offered on all UK Mainland orders over £200.

Curbside Delivery

Grills and other heavy products are shipped via freight carrier only. The appropriate shipping options are given during checkout. Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only. For freight orders, please read the Important Info Freight Orders section below.

Pallet Orders

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for most of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. You should unpack your item at the time of delivery in the driver’s presence. In the unlikely instance that you recognise damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver. Take photos of the noted damage and email them to us at [email protected].

In most cases, it is in everyone’s best interest to refuse delivery of the product if damage, of any kind, is noted. If you choose to accept the freight, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the freight company for damage reimbursement. We will not be responsible for damaged items that are not noted on the POD. By signing the proof of delivery you accept ownership of the property in its current condition.

Please note that all pallet deliveries will, in most cases be cerbside delivery.  Drivers will endeavour to drop the pallet as close to your property as possible as long as there is easy access. Drivers are not insured to enter properties or are obliged to unload the contents of a pallet. In most cases the receiver will be responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging.
