Our Projects

Explore a selection of gardens we have designed and built over the years, each with its own setting, character and quiet sense of story.

From peaceful family gardens to larger country schemes and outdoor living spaces, our work is shaped by the relationship between house, landscape and the people who live there. The result is gardens that feel beautiful, useful and deeply connected to home.

Rochford

A clean, architectural garden designed to reflect the lines of a newly refurbished home. The scheme includes generous terraces, outdoor cooking space, a poolside canopy, built-in seating, gabions, an ancient olive and a muted Mediterranean planting palette.

Hampton Court Palace

A show garden designed around outdoor living and alfresco dining. Set at 45 degrees, the garden uses a bioclimatic pergola, outdoor kitchen, water feature, modern materials and a muted planting palette with brighter accents.

Roxwell

A period property with lakeside views, opened up with woodland planting, a fountain, duckhouse and carefully framed views. To the rear, the garden includes an outdoor kitchen, cedar seating, screens, Yorkstone terrace and planted borders.

Lee Chapel

A family garden redesigned to create a larger terrace and encourage more time outside. Built-in seating, an exterior fireplace and a raised bespoke water feature replaced the original pond, making the garden safer and more usable.

Stock

Two adjoining gardens connected by a sweeping natural stone staircase. The design was inspired by Tuscan holidays, using warm materials, organic lines and Mediterranean planting to create a relaxed, modern garden.

BBC Gardeners World Live

A show garden designed with a sharper, more masculine feel. The brief called for modern lines, secluded seating, an outdoor fireplace and planting focused on texture and form rather than flowers.

Steeple

A farmhouse frontage redesigned with a more elegant, traditional feel. Refurbished steps, bullnosed sandstone, aged oak edging, deep herbaceous borders, roses and yew topiary give the entrance a classic English character.

Loughton

An overgrown garden stripped back to its strongest features, with the mature Magnolia retained. A walk-over koi pond, raised entertaining area, lush planting and modern summerhouse became the basis of the new design.

Ingatestone

A countryside garden created for an outdoor cooking enthusiast. An oak-framed shelter, tumbled sandstone and prairie-style planting help the space feel quickly settled into the surrounding farmland.

Chelmsford

A garden designed to connect a renovated period property with a contemporary zinc-clad extension. The brief asked for a Balearic feel, inspired by the clients’ love of Ibiza.

Hornchurch

A playful, multifunctional garden for a family with five children. The design includes a covered kitchen, bar seating, outdoor TV, part-sunken hot tub, firepit, blade water feature and a bespoke mural.

Ramsden Bellhouse

A countryside garden created for an outdoor cooking enthusiast. An oak-framed shelter, tumbled sandstone and prairie-style planting help the space feel quickly settled into the surrounding farmland.

The Badgers

An elegant but functional family garden with contemporary detailing. A large planted living wall, pergola, outdoor kitchen, lawn and relaxed seating areas create a balance between open space and cosy corners.

Lee Chapel South

A compact outdoor living garden centred around cooking, seating and relaxed entertaining. The live page has very little written copy, so this has been kept simple and image-led.

Langdon Hills

A one-acre rural Essex garden created from open grass and a few old fruit trees. The design includes a natural pool, wildflower meadow, circular lawn, curved retaining wall and 40 new trees around the boundaries.

Shenfield

A leafy suburban garden extended into previously overgrown ground, creating a larger and more practical outdoor space. The live page currently has images but no written project blurb.

Upminster

A white garden created from a muddy clay slope. The space was terraced into five usable levels, with built-in benches, a firepit, summerhouse, retained shrubs and a new layer of white flowering plants.

West Malling

The first phase of a large garden created from a blank field. The design includes a multifunctional summerhouse with pool room, bar, changing facilities, outdoor kitchen, dining areas, skylights, Crittall-style windows and Mediterranean-influenced planting.

Chigwell

An outdoor living garden for a renovated Chigwell home. A double Pratic Brera canopy, Grillo kitchen, bar, lounge seating, lighting, grey decking and crisp planting create a practical space for relaxing and entertaining.

St Luke’s Park

A sloping garden in St Luke’s Park transformed into a contemporary, low-maintenance terrace with raised planters, layered foliage and a calm outdoor seating area designed for relaxed family living.

Dry Street

A polished landscape scheme for a new home on Dry Street, created for a local high end developer. Brick-edged borders, gravel driveway, broad garden steps, generous lawns and soft perennial planting help settle the property into its setting, giving the house a strong sense of arrival and a calmer, more established garden to the rear.
