TrunQY

TrunQY was developed for those of us who want to take TrunQ to the next level.

With only two adaptations, this hybrid BBQ becomes a portable tabletop BBQ that can also run on gas, while retaining the simple award winning design and multi-functionality of its big brother. The base doubles as a lid, making it easy to store or to take along, at home or on the road. Also, for added convenience, all of its components, including a grill with skewer holder, are dishwasher safe.

TrunQY can be taken camping, if you are lazing in the park or unwinding on your balcony it makes barbecuing and outdoor socializing so much fun and easy for everyone.

* 3 Simple components

The TrunQ has 3 simple components. The main component is a long, deep and curved fire tray with open ends in which the fire is built. As an option, a metal plate can be fitted at either end to keep the wood and charcoal inside the tray. The tray can be mounted on high or low supports. The grill is placed on top of the tray and can be slid from one end to the other.

* Grilling food and kindling the fire side by side

Its length of 1 metre is definitely what gives the TrunQ that little bit extra. You simply slide the grill to one side over the charcoal and then start grilling your food there while kindling the fire next to it.

* Durable and appealing to look at

The materials used in the TrunQ’s design are sturdy and minimalistic. They make the TrunQ both durable and appealing to look at, as well as easy to maintain. In fact, you could leave it in your backyard and simply wipe it clean with a cloth the next time you want to use it.
