The BonBiza Open from BonFeu is an impressive outdoor cooking station, designed for plancha-style grilling and perfect for creating memorable outdoor meals. As one of the newest additions to our collection—and the largest—this model truly stands out. Unlike the regular BonBiza, the BonBiza Open includes convenient wood storage in its base, allowing you to cook while enjoying the warmth of a natural fire.
Materials & Finish
The BonBiza Open is available in two finishes:
- Rust (Corten Steel): This weather-resistant steel develops a rich, rust-colored patina over time, creating a protective oxide layer that slows further oxidation.
- Black (Steel): The steel version will naturally develop a rustic appearance over time, adding to its robust and sturdy character.
Plancha Cooking Surface
The BonBiza Open is more than just a fire pit; it features an 80 cm diameter plancha (griddle) with a 6 mm thickness, providing a generous cooking surface ideal for preparing multiple dishes at once. The heat radiates evenly from the center to the edges, making it versatile for a variety of grilling techniques.
