Installation

Installation Instructions for the Moon Gate: The moon gate is equipped with a welded base plate measuring 900x500mm, featuring fixing holes with a diameter of 13.5mm for M12 resin anchor fixings. We recommend the following installation steps:

  1. Prepare a Concrete Pad: Create a concrete pad on-site, ensuring it is at least 200mm deep and slightly larger than the base plate to provide ample support.
  2. Position the Base Plate: Place the moon gate’s base plate on the concrete pad, ensuring it is level and well-cantered.
  3. Fixing Holes: Align the fixing holes in the base plate with the corresponding locations on the concrete pad.
  4. Secure with Resin Anchor Fixings: Utilize M12 resin anchor fixings to securely fasten the base plate to the concrete pad through the fixing holes. Make sure the moon gate is stable and firmly anchored.
  5. Adjust Height: To achieve the desired height, ensure that the top of the concrete pad is positioned 80mm lower than ground level.

By following these steps, you can effectively install the moon gate in your garden, providing stability and ensuring it stands at the appropriate height above ground level.
