STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FRAME POWDERCOAT Colour
Select a colour for your zome structure, which is the curved and precision welded steel frame and interwoven webbing that make up the zome frame.
We provide 3 stunning options – Fine Texture Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze and Gunmetal Grey.
Black provides your most versatile option.
Oil-Rubbed Bronze matches the classic and rustic looks.
(*oil-rubbed bronze not recommended for salt-water areas)
Gunmetal Grey adds a bit of modern and a hint of gloss.
All steel pieces are sandblasted clean then receive a double layer of durable powder- coating.
Webbing (the diagonal pieces) matches your chosen powdercoat colour and is 100% polyester – ideal for indoor or outdoor. Polyester is high strength and highly resistant to mould, mildew and sun fading.
All hardware is marine-grade 316 Stainless Steel.
STEP 2: DESIGN YOUR PREMIUM CUSHIONS
Our gorgeous Premium Cushion Set is custom crafted with the highest quality materials and expert craftsmanship for high-style, plush comfort and ultimate safety.
You’ll receive 4″ thick bottom mattress, wrap-around cushions, (2) 22″ throw pillows.
The cushions are designed to “warp-to-wrap” around the zome frame and provide a tight fitting backrest.
Cushions are firmly held in place by cushion extension tabs and Velcro® straps. This ensures that the cushions will not move or fallout over time. It also ensures that legs and arms stay comfortably inside the zome.
We proudly use Sunbrella® outdoor upholstery fabric – the gold standard of durable, outdoor fabrics. All cushions have outdoor grade zippers. Customize your cushions from the gorgeous colour swatches below for the best representation of the fabric colour and texture:
