Two wires extend into the Egg: one connects to the cooking grid to measure the ambient temperature, while the other features a probe for precise temperature monitoring of your meat. With an adaptor, you can even use up to three probes simultaneously.
Inside the Egg Genius lies a small yet powerful fan. When the temperature needs a boost, the fan kicks in, providing a carefully regulated flow of air into the Egg. And when it’s time to lower the temperature, the fan adjusts accordingly, making fine-tuning your cooking a breeze.
