THE GRILL PLATE OF ENAMELLED STEEL: SIMPLE AND UNCOMPLICATED
The surface of the enamelled steel is very resistant. The enamel particles are sprayed directly onto the steel plate in the manufacturing process and baked in an oven at over 800°C. The enamelled steel plate is thus non-sticky and very resistant.

The occurring thermal shock reaction dissolves the grill residues on the Plancha, which can be removed with the stainless steel cleaning spatula with lightning speed. The grease drip tray can be removed in two easy steps and is dishwasher safe. The enamelled steel plancha is very easy to clean and maintain.
