Its contemporary design is shaped by hand, giving each pot a unique character and individuality. Over time, the finishes on the Erian develop a weathered patina, adding a timeless beauty to its already striking presence. Each Erian pot is a one-of-a-kind creation that can be custom designed to meet your specific needs.

Environmental Credentials:

At Torc Pots, sustainability is a core priority in the production of the Erian Planter. While cement is traditionally associated with negative environmental impact, we reduce our carbon footprint by substituting up to 15% of the cement content with eco-friendly materials like fly ash and micro silica—by-products of the steel and power industries. These substitutions not only lessen environmental impact but also enhance the strength, sulphate resistance, and overall durability of the pot.

We further reduce our environmental footprint by using recycled glass sand, derived from repurposed bottles, and by capturing rainwater from our studio roofs for all water usage. Recently, we’ve installed a wash bay reclamation system, enabling us to recycle water entirely in our production process.

The Erian Planter is also made with zero material waste—our pots are thrown by hand in layers, ensuring leftover material is used to craft the next piece. We’re meticulous in our material batching to avoid waste altogether. Finally, we package our products using eco-friendly, recycled bioplastic made from bamboo, underscoring our commitment to sustainability.
