The TAO garden dining table is a lesson in perfectly balanced contrasts, featuring a bold sculptural pedestal base with a slimline table top. Designed by Monica Armani for outdoor furniture specialists, Tribu.

World famous designer Monica Armani has used refined lightened concrete to give the look of elegant solidity. The central pedestal supports a finely milled round table top. Available in either warm, natural linen or wenge tones, TAO is a striking centerpiece for any setting. Available in two round sizes, please note both sizes are extremely heavy.

Lightened concrete is a mix of recyclable, organic fibres without resins, giving a natural look. The dense micro-structure creates a table top that offers a high resistance to abrasion as well as being frost and fire resistant. Hand finished by an Italian craftsman with a conditioner that gives a soft touch to the surface, minimises moisture and stain absorption and ensures the table top dries quickly after rain. Due to the production process natural imperfections may occur ensuring that every table is unique.

These Tao tables are extremely heavy; the dia 160cm weighs 255kg and the dia 180cm weighs 282kg.
