Upon arrival, our dough balls will be semi-frozen and should be promptly placed in the freezer. You can store them in the freezer for up to 9 months or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

HOW TO USE YOUR DOUGH
THE BEST WAY
- Retrieve the dough balls from the freezer and place them on a tray while keeping them in their individual bags. Leave them in refrigeration at 4ºC overnight.
- The following day, carefully remove the dough from their bags, dip them into a bowl filled with flour, and return them to the tray.
- Leave them at room temperature, approximately 20ºC, for a minimum of 1-2 hours before embarking on your pizza-making adventure. Make sure to keep the dough always covered with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out.
- Roll out the dough using your hands and commence stretching it to your desired thickness.
- Add your chosen toppings and bake until perfection is achieved.
THE QUICK WAY
- Take the dough balls from the freezer and lay them on a tray, still in their separate bags.
- Leave them out at room temperature, approximately 20ºC, for at least 1 hour.
- Once defrosted, gingerly remove the dough from their bags, dip them into a bowl filled with flour, and place them back on the tray. Allow an extra 1-2 hours for them to rise. Ensure that the dough remains always covered with a damp tea towel to prevent it from drying out.
- Roll out the dough using your hands and start shaping it to your preference.
- Add your desired toppings and cook until your pizza reaches perfection.
